Leadership & Strategic Vision Proven leadership experience with ability to define and execute a clear vision for chapter growth Strong decision-making and ability to lead teams effectively Technical & Research Awareness Ability to understand and evaluate technical projects and research papers at a conceptual level Active involvement in hackathons, projects, or technical initiatives Judgment & Representation Ability Capability to fairly judge projects, competitions, and innovations Strong presentation and public speaking skills to represent the chapter externally Execution & Event Management Proven experience in organizing and overseeing large-scale events (hackathons, workshops, seminars) Ability to manage teams, deadlines, and high-pressure situations effectively

Vice-Chair

Operational Leadership & Coordination Strong ability to coordinate teams, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth execution of chapter activities Experience in supporting or co-leading events, projects, or organizational initiatives Execution & Reliability Proven record of consistent follow-through on responsibilities and deadlines Ability to translate plans into structured and measurable outcomes Technical & Event Understanding Basic understanding of technical projects, hackathons, and event workflows Capability to assist in planning and troubleshooting during events Crisis Handling & Decision Support Ability to step in during high-pressure situations and support leadership decisions Strong problem-solving skills for real-time operational challenges

Treasurer

Financial Management & Budgeting Skills Ability to plan, allocate, and manage budgets for events, workshops, and chapter activities Understanding of basic financial planning and expense tracking Accuracy & Attention to Detail High precision in handling numbers, records, and transactions Ability to maintain error-free financial documentation and reports Accountability & Integrity Strong ethical standards with responsible handling of funds and resources Transparency in all financial decisions and reporting Organizational & Reporting Ability Capability to prepare clear financial summaries and reports Efficient coordination with other departments for budget approvals and reimbursements

Director of Innovation and Technology

Technical & Innovation Competence Strong foundation in computing with proven work in projects, hackathons, or research Ability to understand, analyze, and derive insights from technical/research papers Innovation & Problem-Solving Ability Demonstrated capability to design creative, scalable solutions to real-world problems Active participation in hackathons, prototyping, or product development Evaluation & Judging Skills Ability to critically evaluate technical projects based on innovation, feasibility, and impact Experience in judging, mentoring, or reviewing projects/research work Execution & Technical Leadership Proven experience in organizing technical events (hackathons, workshops, innovation challenges) Strong presentation and leadership skills to guide teams and drive initiatives
